Kat Sabatini is a senior revenue and marketing leader with over 15 years of experience driving measurable growth for agencies, startups, and global organizations. She founded Outventa to help small and mid-sized teams build effective outbound systems that deliver qualified leads and real business outcomes.
Kat’s background includes leadership roles at Amazon, where she guided large cross-functional teams and developed scalable systems across advertising, retail, and operations. She has also led sales and marketing strategy at independent agencies, managed full business transformations, and built processes to support long-term growth.
Kat earned her MBA from the Yale School of Management, along with additional executive training in business strategy and sustainability from Harvard and UC Berkeley. She brings a practical, systems-driven approach to building modern sales engines that align with business goals and drive results.
